On September 15, a solemn meeting dedicated to Tanker Day was held at the National Military-Patriotic Center of the Armed Forces. The current tank soldiers and veterans of tank forces were congratulated by the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Colonel General Ruslan Zhaksylykov.

- Tankers are distinguished by valor, endurance, determination, perseverance and courage. They have in-depth knowledge of tactics and operational art, the basics of the combat use of troops, weapons and military equipment. It is no coincidence that the leadership of the Ministry of Defense over the years has invariably included generals who were given a start in life by service in the tank forces, Colonel General Ruslan Zhaksylykov congratulated at the ceremonial meeting.

Minister of Defense Colonel General Ruslan Zhaksylykov presented diplomas and letters of gratitude to military personnel who perform their military duty in an exemplary manner, as well as to veterans of the Armed Forces who continue to actively participate in public life and military-patriotic education of youth. At the ceremonial meeting, the General Director of Semey Engineering JSC, Talgat Toktarkhanovich Turlybaev, was congratulated.

Today, the tank crews of formations, military units and subunits (mechanized) demonstrate high military skill and combat skills, preserving and enhancing the glorious traditions of the older generation. Ruslan Fatikhovich Zhaksylykov congratulated Major General Gennady Vladimirovich Nosonovsky on Tankman’s Day. It is difficult to find a person who knows so well the service in tank forces and the armored vehicle itself inside and out, as Major General Gennady Nosonovsky knows, who spent almost 50 years serving in the Soviet and Kazakh armies. And to this day, Gennady Vladimirovich is in the ranks !
