Today, mechanical engineering is in dire need of technical specialists.
The age of technological progress requires rapid adaptation of specialists in any field to the changing requirements of production. This can be achieved with the close relationship of educational processes with the labor market. To ensure these conditions, many developed countries have introduced dual training in the field of technical vocational education. Such countries have the highest indicators of economic development. Kazakhstan also took this system as a basis. Dual training is also conducted here, in JSC Semey Engineering. Dual education allowed us to train personnel directly at our enterprise and gain practical knowledge without interrupting the learning process. Students are trained by highly qualified employees of the enterprise.
According to the signed memoranda and agreements on the organization of industrial practice with higher and secondary specialized educational institutions of the city of Semey, 75 students completed production and pre-graduate practice at the enterprise last year, with the aim of familiarization and orientation to working professions for 130 students, schoolchildren of the city, study tours were conducted.
The Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aimagambetov Askhat Kanatovich sent a letter of thanks to the Director General of JSC "Semey Engineering" Turlybaev Talgat Toktarkhanovich, in which he expressed gratitude and thanked for the assistance of colleges in training highly qualified specialists and cooperation in dual training.
