On May 17, 2023 JSC "Semey Engineering" took part in the job fair of 2023 at the invitation of the MSI "Industrial and Technological" Semey. From the factory, the head of Personnel and Personnel Management, I.A. Arzueva, took part in the job fair. 

        Irina Alexandrovna met with graduates of the following specialties:

• Maintenance, repair and operation of motor transport.

Graduates receive a diploma of technical and vocational education, a professional driver's license of the category "BC" and a certificate of a car repair mechanic, an auto electrician.

• Technical operation of road construction machines.

In this specialty, graduates receive education in one of two qualifications:

• The first group of graduates at the end of college receives: a diploma of technical and vocational education, a certificate of a tractor driver of the AB category for the right to drive wheeled and tracked tractors, a professional driver's certificate of the "VS" category and a certificate of a locksmith for the repair of road construction machines.

• The second group of college graduates in that specialty receives a diploma of technical and vocational education, an automobile crane operator's certificate, a professional driver's certificate of the "VS" category and a locksmith's certificate for the repair of road construction machinery.

• Catering.

Graduates receive a diploma of technical and vocational education and a certificate of a cook or pastry chef.

During the job fair, the head of Personnel and Personnel Management, I.A. Arzueva, told the graduates about the enterprise, the social direction of the plant for employees – social conditions, training, advanced training and invited them to work.
